After you purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to begin your diagnostic. Self assessments are completed online and take approximately 45 to 60 minutes. If you have selected a Plus Circle or Full 360 tier, you will receive a separate link to share with your respondents. Gap reports are delivered within 5 business days of all parties completing their reflections.

Some leadership development works at the surface. It addresses behavior, communication style, and team dynamics as if these are the source of the problem. Sometimes they are not. Sometimes they are just the symptoms.
The real gap is generated at the level of pattern: the operating logic that shapes how people think about their decisions, relate to those around them, exercise agency within their systems, and understand themselves as people and leaders. Until that level is visible, the gap is much harder to close. And oftentimes, we are just managing it.
Dr. Seaton has spent more than 15 years supporting people to close the gap between their intentions and impact. As a founding principal and regional vice president, she has built and led systems, and watched brilliant, committed leaders consistently fall short of the outcomes they intended. Not because they lacked skill or drive, but because the framework driving their decisions may not have been as clear to them.

Meta3™ emerged from a deceptively simple insight: that people are sometimes operating from a pattern they may not have named, at a level they may not have examined, in a system they may not have seen as a whole. It is not a personality test. It is not a 360 with a color wheel. It is a diagnostic instrument designed to reveal the operating logic beneath the leadership behavior and to build the internal architecture to choose differently.
Dr. Seaton holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, has completed the Wharton Chief Human Resource Officer program, and is currently enrolled in the Wharton Chief Strategy Officer program. She works with organizational leaders, executive teams, and families who are serious about closing the gap between intent and outcome, not just describing it.
